We review each care provider’s skills,
experience, and training as part of our rigorous interview and screening process.
We assess the Client’s care needs and preferences in a care provider.
We understand that the relationship
between caregiver and care receiver is an intimate one.
So, we pride ourselves in finding and staffing the right match.
A Watchful Eye
Every Icare Health Service caregiver goes through an
extensive interview process, including background checks.
Once hired, caregivers are trained through our
training process and bonded before delivering the care written in your loved one’s care plan.
Local Icare Health Service team members stay in touch with
caregivers and visit your loved one’s home as needed to
be sure things are going well and that
caregivers are following the specifics of the care plan.
